Penspen was reported to have won the detailed design contract for the HyNet CO2 pipeline through Flintshire, awarded by United Living Infrastructure Services. The scope includes six valve stations and five major installations, including a 35 by 30 metre valve station at Aston Hill, Mancot, and a branch to the Padeswood cement works. Total investment across the project was reported at around £5.5 billion.
